* Preparing and administering prescribed routine medications and treatments under the guidance of the Physician, following the Medication Administration Standards of the College of Nurses of Manitoba.
* Recording and addressing concerns and complaints raised by Clients, their families, or team members; notifying and seeking aid from the Registered Nurse or assigned personnel.
* Encouraging Clients' self-care and autonomy, focusing on adaptation and strengths, promoting overall well-being, and delivering preventive health education to address the person as a whole.
* Meeting all necessary assessments, RAPS (Resident Assessment Protocols), and care plans within specified timeframes.
* Providing guidance, direction, training, and education to unregulated care workers for their support.
* Fulfilling additional responsibilities as designated.
• Present and unrestrictive RN license within your current province
• At least 1 year of prior nursing involvement
• Proficient critical thinking and solution-oriented abilities
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Competence in both independent work and collaborative teamwork
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is a prerequisite
